Wiping off impurity from one's phone screen

Q: If some impure drops fell on my mobile and I just cleaned it with something and it vanished from the screen or is it necessary to wash or wipe it with water?

A: If you wiped it in such a way that the impurity was completely removed, then this is sufficient, though wiping it with a wet cloth or tissue is better.
