Person in the state of haidh or janaabat reading the translation of the Quraan Shareef

Q: What is the ruling for a person who reads the translation of the Quran in the state of haidh or janaabat? Not deliberately, but going through a text which contains the translation of Quranic verses.

A: It is not permissible for a person in the state of haidh or janaabat to recite the Quraan Majeed or to touch the Quraan Majeed. Similarly, it is not permissible for a person in the state of haidh or Janaabat to verbally recite the translation of the Quraan Majeed or to touch the translation of the Quraan Majeed.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
