Seeing yellow discharge all the time due to pelvic congestion syndrome

Q: I have been diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome so my discharge is always yellow. How do I know when haidh is over? I am very confused. 

Also, with regards to wudhu, can you you please explain what I should do.

A: If yellow discharge is seen during the period of haidh, it will be regarded as haidh. If it is seen out of the period of haidh, it will be regarded as istihaadhah. 

When the discharge comes out, the wudhu will break. You should clean yourself and thereafter repeat your wudhu for salaah. If any of the discharge comes onto the clothing, then that portion should be washed.
