Talbiyah for Men and Women

Q: What is the sunnah practice for males and females in regard to reciting the talbiyah?

A: It is sunnah for men to recite the talbiyah audibly and for women to recite the talbiyah softly (but in such a manner that they can hear themselves). It is not permissible for women to recite the talbiyah audibly.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
