Q: A person teaches at a Madrasah in exchange for a salary. While all lessons take place in a classroom, he sometimes gives extra time to his students with their work outside of class time. If this extra tuition takes place in the Masjid, will this be free of Karaahah?
A: Since he is not employed for teaching the students at this time, it is permissible for him to teach the students in the musjid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
