Q: Sometimes, I get up and perform tahajjud one hour before the time of Fajr, but after performing my Fajr, I often go back to sleep and put my alarm for ishraaq salaah to get up again. Is it permissible for me to do that?

A: Sleeping after fajr is makrooh (disliked). However, if one is ill or very tired, then it is permissible for one to sleep at this time. Nevertheless, it is better to sleep after the time of ishraaq (i.e. approximately 20 minutes after sunrise).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
