Ma’zoor performing salaah behind a person who smokes dagga when no one else is present

Q: Can I read fardh salaah behind a person who I know smokes dagga? I cannot lead the salaah as I am ma’zoor.

A: If there is no one else present (besides yourself and this person) and he leads you in salaah, your salaah behind him will be valid.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
