Preserving one’s deen

Q: What should a Muslim do when existing under duress, where practicing their faith is persecuted by the state (even with death in some cases)? Should they accept death but keep the faith or is survival more important (where most of the Muslims cannot afford to move away from such a state)?

A: The most important thing is to save your deen. Go to a place where you can practise your deen freely and preserve your deen correctly without any hurdles and problems.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
