Performing witr with Jamaat after missing the Esha Jamaat in Ramadhaan

Q: I belong to the Hanafi maslak. Due to some reason I arrived late for Esha. I prayed individually. However I prayed all 20 rakats Taraweeh with the Imam. Can I pray witr with jamaat?
