Sleeping between asr and maghrib

Q: Is it permissible to sleep between asr and magrib?

A: It is not recommended. This is a time wherein the malaa’ikah change their shifts. Hence, it is a time that is very highly recommended to be engaging in zikr and ibaadat, unless a person is extremely ill or tired.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
