Suspending the talaaq upon the wife going outside

Q: If a husband said to his wife that if you go outside then you are free from my side or the marriage. What does it mean? I the wife goes outside then is she automatically free from husband or the marriage?

A: If he suspended the talaaq upon her going outside and she went outside, the talaaq will take place.
