Sehri and Iftaar

Q: Can some one have naflee roza without sehri?

Q: You stated that a sister should commence with fasting before fajr time has entered. If I did not misunderstand is that the case with nafl? I wanted to clarify if there is any difference in Ramadan. We read in Turkish kitabs that in Ramadan we should wait until zawaal with fasting and if we are sure that we are clean before zawaal and haidh has ended, then ghusl should be taken and make niyyat and fast. Please correct me if I understood wrong because I was practicing on that.

Q: What is the last time one can make intention for fasting, because for a woman this is important to know especially if she thinks that ghusal would be fard in the next few hours. I would like to know when can make our intention for Qadha fasting, waajib fasting and nafl fasting.

Q: Is the dua that we are taught for fasting "Bi sawmi ghadin nawaytu" established from Hadith? If a person makes his niyyah in the morning then should he omit the word "Ghadin"?

Q: A person intends travelling during the course of the day and at the time of subah saadiq (when the fast commences) he is still in his hometown. Is it permissible for him not to fast for that day?
