Wearing the niqaab in a home with non-mahram males
Q: I have a question about purdah. I live at my mother in-laws house and I wear niqab. There are always males in the home who are my husband's cousins and uncles. Is it permissible to not wear the niqab when they are present? I try avoid taking it off as much as possible but sometimes I am unaware that they are in the home and am not wearing it which makes me feel guilty because there have been times where my husband says I should leave it off or he doesn't encourage to wear it when those particular people are around.

Q: We would like to send our mother (60 years old) to Hajj this year but would like to know if it's okey to send our mother (widow) with our Paternal uncle's son as he is planning to go for Hajj with his wife? Can he be considered as Mehram for my mother?

Will a person's male cousins inherit if he has no children, parents or siblings?
Q: My query is regarding inheritance. Zaid has no children or siblings. His parents have also passed away. However, he has four male cousins (paternal cousins) and three female cousins (paternal cousins). When Zaid dies, to whom will his property go?
Making purda from the husband's brothers and cousins
Q: What shall we do about purda, especially after marriage. Because in India, generally many families don't allow to do pardah from husband's cousin brothers, brother-in- laws and other close relatives. What shall we do in such a situations? Please suggest me from shara'i point of view that how to comeout from this situation.

Q: I am a 21 year old Muslim woman. I started observing hijab recently but I am confused with regards to mahram. I have two 13 and 10 year old cousins who are growing up in front of me in my hands. One of them is now showing early signs of puberty. They are like little kids to me. Should I have to observe hijaab in front of them also?
