Living with dogs inside a house

Q: My wife is a revert Muslimah masha Allah and she prays salah daily. Her parents are not Muslims and we do not live with them. Her parents have two dogs. I know that dogs are najis and haram. My question is that her parents are going to England for 5 days and they asked my wife to be in their home for 5 days because nobody is there to look after their dog by giving it food etc. My wife asked me if we can stay in their home for 5 days. The dog lives inside their home so what I should do?

Dream

Q: I saw a dream few days back, I saw that a dog is bitting my left leg. Please let me know what's this all about. Such dreams make me worried alot.

Dogs barking with the Azaan

Q: There are 6-7 masjids in our area from where we easily hear the azan. One thing that is bothering is that as soon as muazzin of masjid 'A' starts calling azan, the dogs of this locality start barking. It happens 5 times a day, and only when muazzin of masjid 'A' calls azan. If muazzan is not there and some other person comes to masjid 'A' to call azan, then dogs do not bark. some people of locality say that this muazzan should be changed, others say these dogs must be thrown away. What could be the correct thing to do?

Keeping dogs

Q: I have a question regarding dogs, I know that keeping dogs is prohibited in Islam and that one can only keep a dog if they need it for herding cattle or hunting or guarding the house otherwise 2 qirats will be deducted daily and it is also a major sin, however I want to ask about the dog mentioned in Surah al Kahf and also how can we use dogs for hunting animals, won't the dog fetch the animal to his master by gripping from its mouth which contains saliva which is naajis. I also have read somewhere that you should clean any thing touched by a dog 7 times and the 8th time with soil, can we use soap to clean impurity or is soil to be used which opinion is correct. With regards to saliva of the dog I read on websites which say that imam Abu hanifa said that a dog's saliva is impure but their hair is clean provided it's not wet. Imam Malik said that both their hair and saliva is clean while imam Shafii differed the most saying that both their hair and saliva is unclean who is correct and what to follow. A question can one walk someone else's dog on a rope provided you do not touch the dog mouth and walk it without any cost and don't bring it inside the house is this okay. Finally I don't know but if you want to guard house using a dog can you keep him in the house provided that you don't pray or eat or sleep in that area.

Being bitten by a dog in a dream

Q: I saw a dream last night that my father was outside my paternal grand parents house. A dog came running after my dad. I asked the guards to help but they didn't so I followed my dad and saw that he was already bitten by the dog twice, 1 bite on side of neck and other on the hand. Please tell me the ta'beer.
