Bowel incontinence

Q: Due to some medication I was taking. Spots were developing inside the anus. Because of which after passing stool and doing istinja, I would notice stains of stool when checking with a tissue. Even after a couple of hours if I were to check there would still be stains of stool when touching the exterior of the anus with a tissue. I can’t say if I was ma’zoor or not as I don’t know how long the stool leakage would last. Also, I’d have to take into account other factors such as the type of food I ate. This lasted for about 10 months when I stopped taking the medication. I wasn’t aware of this stool leakage until about 9 months. The understanding of this only came after speaking to a doctor. My question is what is the condition of all the prayers I have performed? Taking into account the many months where I was unaware. After washing my bottom it would be wet and stool would still be leaking. So the water would mix with the stool and go onto the pants etc. It is like washing the penis without doing istibra.

Q: I had a problem with urine drops for a few years. Drops would come out for 15 minutes after urinating. A few months ago, it became worse. The drops continue for 15 minutes but when I go to the toilet for istija I urinate again. Many a time, an entire salaah time passes like this. However, at times, an entire Salaah time (like Maghrib) will pass without me urinating a second time, even though the drops continue for 15 minutes. I then experience the 'second urination' in the next Salaah time. Could Mufti saheb please clarify for me what is my condition and if i remain ma'zoor all the time or not?

Because of it, some pus comes out from the anal passage every time, so I am unable to keep wudhu and maintain my purity? I am already keeping tissue for incontinence of urine. I am really worried and leaving prayers. Please make an easy way for me.

Q: Me peshaab ke qatro se kaafi pareshan ho chuka hu. Me samaj hi nahi paa raha hu ke me mazoor hu ke nahi. Mene aapka mazoor ka fatwa padha he lekin me abhi bhi bahot uljan me hu. Kyunke jab me nanga rehta hu tab qatre har 2 minute me aate he aur jab me kapre pehne rehta hu tab qatre aat ya das ya tera ke choowda minute me bhi aa jaaya karte he. Aur sab se bara masla ye he ke qatre jab nikalte he to muje pata nahi lagta. Ab har baar me kapre nikaal ke nahi dekh sakta. Me bohot pareshaan hu.

Q: I have a problem. I am punctual with my jamaat and takbeer ula and I am in the first saff 4/5 or 3/5(minimum). I have seen a hakim and he has confirmed the sickness and prescribed a remedy which includes a strict diet and a drink mix which due to living circumstances I have been unable to commence the diet. After passing stool I wash. After washing a few hours later dirt emerges so when I go back I find residue which has come out at a later stage. I also suffer from urine drops. If I am not suffering from the stool problem I go toilet an hour before azaan and at azaan time put a clean tissue make whudu and read in a full state of purity. To give an example yesterday I went to toilet at 11:45, zohar jamaat was at 1:15, so if i went to wash my back passage i would suffer from urine drops, then at 4 i went to the toilet and again passed stool so I had to read my zohar before time expired, hence i was a madhoor. At asr I washed my back put a tissue for the drops and read asr with jamaat at maghrib and esha, I did the same. Now for fajr I could clean myself and neither have urine drops or residue, now the question arises when i go to toilet again what should i do? That is for zohar. Because the stool problem does not occur in every period. But when it does I have to miss jamaat and am I a madhoor for drops or the stool? The stool doesn't occur in every period but the drops do. Another incident, I have relations with my wife, I wake up at 4:30 to make ghusl, jamaat at 5. If I wait till 5:30 the drops may stop. My main concern is regarding my jamaat and can I be madhoor for drops because in certain periods I can attain purity, so what takes preference the jamaat or being completely clean.

Q: I have a chronic disease with no cure, which is the inability to hold urination. My clothing is always soiled with urine.

  1. Do I have to change every time I have to pray, knowing that most of the time I'm away from home. What if I can not pray on time?
  2. Sometimes I start to pray and urine comes out, do I have to finish or stop praying?
