Q: After praying two rakat of Fard Jumah prayer, should one pray 4 rakat sunnat first then 2 rakat sunnat or 2 rakat sunnat first then 4 rakat sunnat? 

Q: How many rakats in jumma salaah?

Q: I try to follow Imam Abu Hanifa's (rahimahullah) madhab here in USA. Please provide reference for my heart to be satisfied. The following are my questions

1. How many Sunnah mu’akkadah are there in Salat ul Jummah? My understanding is 4 before the fard and 4 after the fard.

2. Can we pray Salat ul Jummah 4 Sunnah mu’akkadah as units of 2 rakat or do we have to pray all 4 rakat with one taslim in the end?

3. Do we have to recite Quran after surah Al fatiaah in 3rd and 4th rakat of 4 Sunnah mu’akkadah (if prayed with one taslim in the end)?

Q: Is it permissible to leave a small mosque and attend a big mosque on Friday while the small mosque is left empty. The small mosque has a capacity of 50-70 people.

Q: How many rakaats are sunnat after the Jumuah Salaah and are all sunnat-e-muakkadah or some ghair-muakkadah?

Q: A recent WhatsApp message circulated by a Mufti has created some confusion regarding the status of the Sunnah Rakats after the Jumuah Salaat. According to the message, the four rakats after Jumuah are Muakkadah whilst the other two are Ghair Muakkadah. The question is that we were always taught and considered that there are 6 Rakats (4+2) of Sunnah Muakkadah. What is the status of the Sunnah Salaats after Jumuah Salaat?

Q: I stay in Cape Town and most of the musjids are of the Shafi'ee Mazhab. For the Jumuah Salaah, they only perform two rakaats sunnah before the second Azaan and khutbah commences. Since I am of the Hanafi mazhab, I am required to perform four rakaats. Therefore I am not given enough time to complete it and generally I am in the third or fourth rakaat of my Sunnah Salaah when the Azaan or khutbah starts. Kindly advise me of the correct procedures to be followed if what I am currently doing is not acceptable.

Q: I was travelling in a foreign country and had to perform Jummuah Salaah at a Jamaat Khana on the premises of an "Islamic bank". Is my Salaah valid?

Q: Due to space restriction in an existing Masjid, is it permissible for Muslims to perform Jum'ah Salah in a church on the basis that some brothers argue that the whole earth is a Masjid and provided that any items pertaining to shirk are covered, there is no problem in performing Salah in a church? If it is not permissible please advise why with Shar'i evidences so that the matter can be addressed with the proofs in front of us?

Q: How many sunnah should be performed after Jumuah salaah? I read in a Hadith that 2 rakaats should be performed, but we normally read 6 rakaats.
