The importance of Jumuah Salaah

Company not allowing one to go for Jumuah Salaah

Q: I'm currently working in a company and my director doesn't permit us to go out of institute to offer jumma prayer. We are only 6-7 Muslims in the whole institute. And the masjid which is nearest, we could not hear its adhan. Can we offer jumma in jamaat in which one person would say azan and one person would be an imam and he'd read khutba. We can offer namaz in a pantry room. Is it permissible or going to masjid is mandatory?

Missing jumuah salaah

Q: I would like to know if one misses 3 jummuah salaah in a row are they out of the fold of Islam ...the person in question attempted to read jummuah but suffers from extreme waswaas. This made them really anxious so even though they did read 2 jummuahs ...both times while or after making wudhu they were certain there wudhu was broken due to a sound and Movement but ignored the above mentioned certainty as this happens to them really often for almost Each salaah recenetly ...the Person really does not want to leave Islam or come out of the fold of Islam but performing salaah is becoming so challenging and time consuming because they certain their wudhu is breaking either through movement of wind with a smell (odour) or dripping urine...this person suffers from very extreme waswaas and OCD and is struggling in desperate need or help!

Omitting Jumuah Salaah

Q: I work for a company where I luckily get my break by another colleague from 1300 to 1400 where I perform jummah, but I get this break from a Muslim brother. So I asked him to give me the break every second Friday at 1400 so he can attend jummah one week and I can attend the next week? I cover one site only and he works for my company. At the lunch breaks he relieves different people throughout the day. Is it okay for me to do that, otherwise he will end up not performing jummah at all?
