Sunnah duas to recite during wudhu

1) Is it permissible for an unmarried girl to neaten the eyebrows (i.e. remove the stray hairs that are above the eyes and above nose area)?
2) Is it permissible to tint the eyelashes? (Black)
3) Is wudhu valid if someone has dirt or normal food particles (excluding dough) under the nails?
4) Is wudhu valid if after completing wudhu, the residue caused by water discharge from the eyes remain? (Like the discharge around the eyes when one wakes up from a sleep)

Q: I see discharge only in the inner labia and it is there always but the outer side is always dry. Is my wudhu valid?

Q: During wudhu, is it necessary to put water in the nose piercing (hole), and then twisting the nose stud? Or when one washes the face 3 times is this sufficient. I usually drip water on my piercing and twist the stud but sometimes I forget to do this and get worried in case my wudhu was not valid and if wudhu was not valid then the salah was also invalid.
Q: Does mucus that comes out of the eyes break one's wudhu?
Q: I had an eye operation performed on my left eye. Since the operation, I have not allowed water to touch my entire face. When making wudhu, I washed all the limbs besides my face and when making ghusl, I wash my entire body starting from my neck going downwards. Are all the salaah performed in this state valid or do I need to repeat the salaah?
