Substituting a land given as waqf for a musjid with another land
Q: Can one piece of land which has initially been given waqf (for use of masjid) can another land of the same size, by the same owner, be substituted instead?

Q: There is a land of a musjid for cultivation in my village. Some people of our village have no way of going out even through the qabrastaan besides that masjid land. Can that land be exchanged for some other land?
Q: A muslim person want to give the back portion of his property to the masjid, which is next to masjid on some conditions. He wants some front part of the masjid's property. He wants to make a shop over their but some people who gave money to the masjid are opposed to this proposal. They don't want to exchange the masjid part.
