Various masaail of Nikaah

Q: Please write for me the authentic sunnats of the wedding night.

Q: My wife and I have not had a sexual relations for the past 13 months. Our reasons are many..

1. We could not do the act properly due to her weight or at least I felt so.
2. I met with a major accident in early last year and was disturbed for sometime, however there was no physical problem with me.
3. I was travelling on work and we were living separately off and on for duration of upto a month or a little more.

I was listening to the tarjuma of the Quran and came to know about the verse regarding ila. I did not know about this verse earlier and the time limit of 4 months mentioned in this verse. Though I have never told her that I will not have physical relations with her with the intention of ila, however I might have told her the same "I don't want to do it until you lose weight" when we would have had arguments. I did not know about ila, else I would have never uttered such words even in arguments. We have had our differences but we are trying to sort them out. In view of the above circumstances is our talaq confirmed as it has passed the 4 month period of ila? I do not want to separate and I have not told her regarding this yet. I am very disturbed.

Q: I want to make nikaah with a lady Inshallah and she has a 11 year old daughter, is it ok for me to marry her and her daughter to stay with us as well?

Q: Is it permissible for two siblings to make nikkah on the same day to different individuals ? Is there any Islamic rulings against that?

Q: A Muslim family adopted a female child after birth. Her mother was a Christian. They brought her up as Muslim. Now she is 30 years old and wants to marry a Sikh boy. Adopted parents are in a dilemma trying to persuade her but she is adamant to Mary Sikh boy. They told her they have nothing to do with her. Adopted parents want to know can they go with her to the Registrar's Office and stand as witness and later bring her home with the Sikh boy and members of her immediate family and offer them food then she goes away not to return in future. Is this acceptable or is it haram? Please advise. 

Q: Is it permissible for a husband to prevent a disobeying wife to leave the home to see her parents but not to forbid her to maintaining ties with them with phone calls, that's if she lives in a different country than them?

Q: If one can never marry, say due to disabilities, will zina or any other forms of sexual satisfaction be permissible?

Q: If one intends to marry can he write a letter to the woman to state what he intends from the marriage?

Q: What would happen or what steps do you follow when you as a man are getting married and your father is a murtad? Including the event of the
nikaah and the reception?

Q: I have found a pious partner الحمد لله, Shukr for the duah Mufti it has proven effective. This lady with whom I am happy to be married. I have already proposed and she has said yes... الله أكبر Now, What am I to do Mufti? I surely have to spend some time with her to get to know her ... (going out with her and maybe having lunch with her?) I have noted this as she has grown fond of me during the little time I have spent with her. How should I go about acquainting myself with her so we can get to know one another better? Within a legal framework.
