Revoking the talaaq
Q: I have a question pertaining to talaaq. If someone issued two talaaqs and revoked it, but never issued the third one, what is the status of that person's nikaah.

Q: If my husband has divorced me for the first time and we did not inform anyone or the court. Can he revoke it during iddah without any eyewitness?
Q: My husband gave me one talaaq a week ago but now it just so happened that we had intercourse again. I want to know is the talaaq still valid and if we are still divorced because he said that sleeping together after the talaaq does not mean we are married again.
Q: Please assist me. I have been married for 9 years now but my husband left me for 2 years since June 2015 and has now decided to come back to me.
We were married for a couple of months when we had a huge argument and he issued me with two Talaaq notifications. To tell the truth I did'nt hear the Talaaq notification but my mom did. She was shocked and she then told me that he issued me with two Talaaq notifications. We continued to stay together like a normal married couple until May 2015 when I requested him to leave cause he was not working and he did not want to find a job and contribute to our living expenses. He has now advised me that he has a bakery that he is managing and he would like us to reconcile.
Please Mufti will you advise me on what needs to be done from an Islamic point of view. What is required from me. Do I need to observe Idatt cause I didn't think it was necessary as we stayed together even after he mentioned Talaaq twice. Your advise will be highly appreciated
Q: I have said to my wife on telephone call "that I divorce you". This is the first time I said this.
1: Can I take back my divorce without intercourse as she is in a different country and we cant meet now? So can I take back verbally only?
2: My wife is a doctor, so during iddat can she work as a Doctor in her country?
3: Me and wife live in seperate countries so can she do her iddat in her own country or is it necessary that she lives with me during iddat?
Q: My friends husband gave her one talak and she is pregnant too. What will the procedure be because her husband feels guilty and wants rujoo.
Q: My husband gave me 1 talak (no talak given earlier). I am staying at my parents home since 5 months.
1. Can I perform iddat period in my parents home after being given 1 talaq given by husband?
2. During iddat period, if the husband comes for rujju and I dont want to go back again, can I reject the rujju offer from my husband?
3. Can I do 2nd marriage after the iddat period?
4. Is the iddat period compulsory after 1 talak?
Q: Me and my wife are living sepeartly. I gave her 1 talaq raji, then the following month gave the 2nd talaq raji, a week later I done ruju stating I take her back with 2 Muslim witness before her iddah waiting time. I sent her a copy of this letter to her regarding this, her and her family don't know what ruju is and they approached a mufti regarding I gave her 2 talaq raji and her iddah waiting time is over, I than received a divorce certificate that I'm divorced, is this right or wrong and if this is wrong what do I do?
Q: Suppose if I give my wife one talaq by word Insha Allah with the niyah of rejoining we are getting separated, and after that she is not fulfilling iddah. everyother day we are together. We are involved in sexual activity too. I found that that talaq is not valid. So to avoid doubt I said in my heart that I did rujoo in presence of Allah with my wife ( I took name and said daughter of Muhammad Iqbal). Will this talaq be issued? After sexual relationship is our marriage reconcieled automatically?
Q: If I give my wife one talaaq and we make up before iddah period expired, does this mean I only have 2 talaaqs left or still three?
