Those situations where Talaaq takes place

Q: My wife took sexual pictures of me without my knowledge. It was haram in a way that my private was exposed without my knowledge. One day we had an argument and she showed me the pictures and threatened me to talaq her. If not, she will expose the pictures on social media. I was shocked and asked her to delete the pictures but I was also afraid if she saved it somewhere on her phone. She did not want to delete the pictures and threatened me to talaq her. I was afraid and scared she will upload haram pictures of me that will not allow me to face my family and humanity. I told her her I talaq you, does it count as a valid talaq?

Q: After asking my husband for talaaq for the umpteenth time (because of consistent pathological lying, not giving any of my rights as a wife, not respecting me, tarnishing my reputation with his friends and mistresses, giving his first wife a comfortable life and not even giving me any of my expenses, mentally and financially abusing me, etc.) yesterday he finally said "Fine, take it (the talaaq)". Prior to that we didnt have any relationship for the last 8 months. Afterwards when I asked him to give me talaaq in front of my parents, he is saying he will give it when the time is right, and knowing him, he will always find excuses since he doesn't wish me to move on with my life and he wants to have full control over our son (though he hardly pays for the latter's expenses), that's the only reason he doesn't want to give me talaaq. I want to know if the talaaq he gave in the first instance is valid. 

Q: During an argument between me and my wife, I got very angry and said "Mein tumko talaq deta hu aur yeh tumhara pehla Talaq hai". Now I regret my mistake and want to take it back. I wanted to understand what is the process for the same. Also I have been reading that if the woman is menstruating, Talaq is not valid.

Q: In a baain talaq, after the talaq the nikah is immediately over. If the husband gives the wife another talaq in this iddat, does it go through?

Q: Is it permissible for the husband to issue a talaaq while the wife is in her menses?

Q: I will be looking to get a second wife from Pakistan. The thing is that I want to dissolve my legal marriage in Canada. My wife is aware of me getting my second marriage. If I file for a civil divorce will it affect my Shari nikaah in any way?

Q: What is the ruling of eelaa if the husband and wife have done their nikah but rukhsati has not been done yet and is due after more than 4 months and husband and wife have not done any intercourse yet.

Q: I told my mother quote on quote: "I give my wife divorce, I give my wife divorce, I give my wife divorce." I did not tell her to pass on the information to my wife or my in-laws. Has the divorce taken effect?

Note: The marriage has not been consummated yet as only nikah has been done.

Q: My husband said to me that I will divorce you and then again he said I divorce you. Last week he said that I divorce you. Please help if he has divorced me because I don't want to live in sin with him.

Q: In a heated argument with my husband, I wrote out a letter of divorce stating that he (his name) hereby issues me (my name) with a divorce and forced him to sign under his name. He signed in anger of what I was asking. I know that this is wrong. I would like to know if it constitutes to a divorce as I do not want to live in sin.
