Q: One of my cousins wants to ask you that when she was watching a comedy drama on tv with her husband, in the drama one men said to his wife, talaq talaq talaq talaq. Many times my cousin's husband used to repeat the words from the tv drama while they were watching. When he heard the word talaaq, he turned to his wife and launghed then he said to her talaq talaq talaq. He said that he had no intention of divorce, does divorce take place?
Q: 3 days ago my husband gave me a divorce in one message by saying that as per your wish, talaq talaq talaq... And you are free from my side. But I have my periods in these days. Someone told me that when a wife is not in taharat, talaq cannot tak eplace and she gave me a refrence of Hazrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu), that once he gave talaq to his wife in anger, and when he asked Hazrat Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), he said wait for her to become pure then you can give her a divorce if you want to... kindly guide me.
Q:
1. If a man does not remember that he divorced his wife or not, does talaq takes place?
2. If a man utter the word talaq e.g. usne bola talaq talaq talaq and the wife is on the phone and she heard it? Does talaq takes place in both situations even when the man does not want give her talaq?
Q: I have a question regarding divorce. If a man used 2 times the word of divorce to his wife and no was standing between them. She closed her ears and she is pregnant. Did the divorce take place or not?
Q: Want to ask if a man is really really angry and he is a drug addict. In bad anger he doesn't know what he is doing. Then he say 2 talak to woman and woman didn't hear it. Some family member heard it, then what? Man is fully on heroin for the last 20 years and he said it in anger. It was bad anger. After we mention it to him that he said that, he said that he doesn't know. Is it acceptable or not?
Q:
1. My husband and I were in an argument over phone that lasted two hours. He was angry and wasn't listening but he claims now that he was angry but not insane. He said "you are divorced" knowing I was in early pregnancy.
2. I replied immediately in shock by stating "did you just divorce me? Husband said yes, I said "are you divorcing me!" Husband said yes.
3. My husband gave me a first divorce in 2015 but took me back.
4. My husband informed me the words "yes, yes" do count as further divorces & he thinks our marriage is over. My view is that they are simply confirmation of him saying "your divorced" and is considered one talaq and so there is a chance for us to reconcile.
Question - Please can you confirm whether the word "yes" "yes" are additional pronouncements of divorce or just confirmation of his first statement of divorce. Please can you give the answer in accordance with hanafi fiqh only with references and evidences of rulings as my husband will only accept this.

Q: Are the utterances of irtidad by an insane person considered. Will fasakh take place of his nikaah? What happens when the insanity is self induced. Meaning he became insane due to using drug substances. Will his utterances be considered?
