Q: In the name "شيماء" Shaymaa' Do you do the elongation when pronouncing it or do you just join the ma straight to the hamzah without elongating? So pronounced like "Shayma'" rather than "Shaymaa'", which one is correct?

Q: I want to ask that is it a sin to give someone the title sahib e.g Rashid sahib? My friend told me that it is a sin because we can't say sahib for anyone accept Allah Ta'ala.
