Can a woman issue a divorce?
Q: If a woman marries a man simply to use him by taking his money and then divorcing him, how would Allah judge this on the day of judgement?

Q: I need to ask a question about a couple who have been separated for more than 6 months. We wanted to help them reconcile but we want to first make sure that their Nikah is still valid.
Q: One of my colleague got married last year. But his wife initially was not sent to his house with both side family consent. As they were waiting for a grand party to be done from both side. Nikah was done very simply. But before that his wife came to stay with him for some time due to some urgent work in the city. They were staying like husband and wife. However my friend did not tell me whether they had husband and wife relationship. After staying with the husband for 4 weeks approximately the girl went back to her father's house and started telling her father that she has lot of problems with her husband and wants to study higher but till the completion of her studies she will not have any husband wife relationship. After 2-3 months of conversations, girl's father on behalf of girl sent a legal notice of divorce. In which it was mentioned that if my friend does not reply for this notice within 3 months divorce will be done automatically. Is this divorce right according to Shari'ah when the boy didn't say 3 times talaaq however he was ready to be separated?
Q: If a couple are married "in community of property" and wish to divorce only for the sake of rectifying this situation that's not compliant with Shariah - how can they achieve this without annulling the Shari marriage? Many people are caught up in this predicament and want to correct the situation but don't want their Islamic marriage to be dissolved.
Q: I have no intention to give divorce to my present wife anyhow, InshaAllah. She lives in our native country. We have three children. I love her and love my children. She does not want to leave her country anyhow. So I need to marry further in this western country and I found a Muslim lady for that purpose. This will be my second marriage. But the law of this western country tells that I am not able to marry further legally but the lady I found she does not want any unregistered marriage. So if I make an official divorce document in my native country regarding my first marriage - (1) should it affect this marriage; (2) after collecting this divorce document if I fill any immigration paper where I indicate myself as a divorced person should it affect my marriage.
Q: My wife wants a percentage of my house in case of divorce. Do I have to do it, if not how can I tell her nicely no?
Q: My question is about lian, or accusing wife of adultery. If the husband accepts the child during the first week after the baby is born but then later on says "that baby is not mine", is lian still carried out or is it dropped because it was accepted right after delivery and not rejected?
Q: If talaaq is said once do you only have two more left how does it work?
Q: In order for me to earn a living I have to go abroad and stay overseas for long periods of time. I have asked my wife to come with me but she refuses. I now have to go away again abroad for months on end staying on my own. She refuses to come with me. Can I give her talaaq on the basis that she refuses to come with me and that I find it hard to be on my own overseas for long periods of time?
