Warning someone about being deceived by a certain person

Q: I have given some money to a person who promised me to give me back on Wednesday but he didn't, then he promised to give me Friday and he broke his promise again. Likewise it is more than a week now and I still did not get my money back. I fear he might have tricked me to take money from me and he actually didn't need it urgently.

1. My question is that he also knows my brother and he may ask my brother for money as well and he do the same to him. Can I inform my brother about this so that he is aware of the situation and he does not get tricked?

2. If I complain to my brother about him then this will this be counted as back biting (gheebat) and I should not tell my brother?

Driving away after knocking someone's car

Q: I have a small problem. This morning I went to do some shopping. While parking, I misjudged my turning and by mistake I scraped into the car next to me. It was a very small scrape, maybe just a touch up would fix the problem on their car. Due to my financial situation I got scared and drove away without informing the person. However I am now feeling really really guilty about it and i fear Allah's punishment with regards to it, like I am scared Allah will take away barakah from my wealth that I have left or something else will happen. What can I do to fix this situation as I was scared to wait for the person to tell him what had happened.

Bucket and spade found on the beach

Q: When I went on the beach, I found a bucket and spade (which the children play with). The items were lying around close to the sea. The water of the sea was very close about to take away the items. I took the bucket and spade assuming it would have washed away in the sea if I hadn't taken it. Is it permissible for me to give it to my children to play with? In the above situation if the answer is no then what should I do with the items?
