Grandfather gifting property to grandson

Q: My husband's grandfather signed over a piece of property to my husband when he was a child. The property is in his name in all the official paperwork. Is this property rightfully his or would he have to share it with his brothers and sisters? We would like to build a school for young girls on this piece of property, but all of his family members are objecting and would not like to build the school there. They want to sell the land and share the money. Does he have a right to build the school or does he have to share with his brothers and sister? We also have 4 children too.

Demanding the return of a gift

Q: A relative gave me money and said that it's a gift. I did not want to accept the gift, but was forced to do so because the relative was really persistent. A few months after I accepted the gift, the relative began phoning and demanding the money back. What should I do as I no longer have the money?

Giving money to one’s mature and immature children

Q:

1. A father gave a fixed amount of money to his wife and told her that this money is for their children (mature and immature children). He also told the children that he gave their mother a fixed amount of money which is theirs. In the above-mentioned situation, will the money belong to the children or will it still belong to the father?

2. Can the father take the money back without asking the children?

3. What is the correct procedure of giving money to the children? Should the money be given to the wife to keep on their behalf?
