Kufr

Making fun of a person who has an uneven beard

Q: I recently started growing my beard. Due to that, its uneven with one side of hair being longer than the other side. My wife pointed this out and said why I have this ponytail on one side only like Samri wizard. I told her not to make fun of sunnah, to which she replied she was just pointing to my over grown hair on one side not the sunnah of beard.

My question is are these kufr statement and do I renew my nikah?

Repeatedly committing shirk and kufr

Q:

1. Does Allah forgive a person who commits shirk and kufr repeatedly? Basically he committed shirk and kufr the first-time, then he realised that he made a mistake so he repented and promised Allah that he wouldn't do it again but unfortunately he broke the promise many times by committing shirk and kufr.

2. What advise would you give to someone to stop falling into shirk and kufr sins?

Participating in the Hindu Holi festival

Q:

1. I read online that if one plays holi (hindu festival) then they are out of the fold of Islam. Is this true?

2. What if one is walking, not intending to play holi, just going out for work or leisure and colour is thrown on them. Are they out of the fold of Islam?

3. I also read that if one prefers holi or thinks it's fun, etc., then it takes one out of the fold of Islam and their nikah will be nullified, is this true?

4. Does just merely thinking this take the person out of Islam and is their nikah nullified?

5. Does just thinking holi is fun or wanting to play it but actually don't play it as they know it is a kuffar thing, are they out of the fold of Islam and is their nikah nullified?

The person would never actually play holi as they know it is against Islam. They just want to know if they just think it's fun, etc. what affect would it have.

Renewing one's Imaan due to having a wrong belief

Q: A man made nikaah with a lady. After a few years of marriage, the lady said to the husband that from the age of nine she believed that Allah will accept the worship of the Hindus as they claim to worship God through their idols, though she did not express her belief in words. At the time of their nikaah, she maintained this belief. A few days ago she realised that such a belief is incorrect and has since repented to Allah. What is the status of their nikaah?
