nikaah

Does nikaah break through separation?

Q: My parents have been together for over 20 years but have had marriage issues for a very long time. Constantly fighting and arguing. Most of the time they do not speak to each other at all and my father has left the house three times but has come back. My parents even did their nikaah a second time the last time my father came back, for fear that their nikaah had become void by their separation. Now my father has come back again, but my parents have not spoken to each other at all for nearly 2 years. They do not say salaam to each other or even look at each other, let alone speaking to each other. We have tried mending their relationship numerous times, getting the elders involved, etc, but in the end they continue to fight and argue and it never works. The only reason they are staying together is because of us. Three of us are older and understand all this, but my youngest sister is 6 and my parents don't want to divorce for the sake of their children. However my mother is extremely worried that because of the way their marriage conditions are, their nikaah is not valid and it is haraam for them to live together. So taking into consideration all that I have said, and the fact my parents have not spoke to each other or had relations for nearly 2 years, is their nikaah now invalid and is it haraam for them to live together? My father has not actually divorced my mother by saying it verbally.

Secret nikaah

Q: I am Muslim and Sunni woman. Divorced for last 7 years. I have done my Nikkah last year in the presence of two male Muslims witnesses, with a man who supports me in every manner. My family was not involved as being a divorced people don't like remarrying of a woman. We kept on meeting but for last some time I am not getting any job and it seems my Rizq is banned on me, I am afraid that am I in a Haram relation. I have stopped seeing my husband but he's angry with me now. Please let me know what to do. Witnesses were there and man is mature and supportive but I am really scared. I perform all my prayers n tilawat tahajud and other ibadat but no rizq from anywhere. Please pray and advice.

Allah Ta'ala owr Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ke baare me gustaakhi karna

؟؟ جزاک اللہ

Getting married to have children

Q: Our Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) married many women time to time. Now my question is: Did he ever marry any woman with intention of having children (as his sons passed away young). Similarly, is there any other Prophet ever that married particularly to have children when one's wife couldn't have children?

Getting married in a dream

Q: My question is about dream. Two times I have seen that my husband is marrying someone. But this time I saw a dream that my husband is married with some women. She looks so innocent and has tears in her eyes. All my family know about his marriage and they are talking against my husband but I explained to them that my husband is not like that. After that I cried in front of Allah and I was depressed about his marriage. But my husband was nice to me. I am very tensed about this dream.

Enquiring about the Deen of the girl

Q: My parents are searching for girls for my marriage and when I go to see any girl along with parents I keep on asking them about Deen, Islam, namaaz, Quran recitation and how important is deen to them, all these sort of questions. They give proper reply as well but they are rejecting the match saying that I am very strict or how can I ask such questions as they too are born Muslims. I ask these questions not to check how pious they are or I am not saying that I am perfect, just I am looking for some one who knows Islam well and who can correct me as I am not perfect. So my question is is it wrong to enquire a Muslim girl how much she follows or knows deen?
