Making an effort to recite the Qur'an in Arabic
Q: My language is Urdu. If I read Quran with Urdu translation, is it necessary for me to read it also in Arabic?

1. I have a translation of the Qur'aan without the Arabic text, and it also has some explanation. Is it permissible for me to keep and read this Qur'aan? If it is permissible, do I need to have wudhu when reading it?
2. If it is not permissible to keep such a Qur'aan, can it be given to non-Muslims?
Q: I wanted to know if one wants to convert to Islam and starts by reading the Quran in English then is it wrong? Because when one starts
understanding the meaning then only the belief of the person would become strong on Islam. Since she is a lady she does not know whom to take help from.
Q: Is it permissible to print the Qur'aan in only English, Afrikaans or Zulu without Arabic inscriptions for da'wah purposes?
Q: I want to know that if we read quran by only the Urdu meaning with out the Arabic words, do we can get the same sawaab or not?
Q: What is the rank of the Yusuf Ali Translation of Quraan. Is it advisable to allow a laymen to take benefit from it?
