Taubah and Repentance

Q: Is there any specific salaat/terms & conditions of repentance in Islam? Is reciting of 5th Kalimah or Istighafar enough for repentance? 

Q: If a person tries to murder a person but the person doesn't die. The person who tried to murder him wants to repent. Does he have to ask for forgiveness from Allah only or should he also ask forgiveness from the person he tried to murder and if so, if the person only asked forgiveness from Allah but not the person he tried to murder, is it sufficient?

Q: If a man who has earned his living through illicit ways not permitted in Islam as recorded in the renowned personals, including but not limited to accepting and soliciting bribes, misappropriation of public fund etc. during his entire period of service repents sincerely after he retires from Govt. service, would he be accepted by Allah, especially if he uses his ill gotten gains to sustain himself and perform all necessaries afterwards? Does the same logic apply to robbery and trickery, money lending with interest, sale of narcotics, etc.? Is wealth amassed in such a way even if one turns over a new leaf?

Q: When my friend was 10 and 13 she tried committing zina with her autistic brother. She believes that at the time she didn't know what this action was. Her brother has been tested to have no sexual fantasies. She believes that the penis did not penetrate the vagina, which means this is not intercourse. She has repented and 100% knows she won't do it again. She still feels guilty, does she have to leave home, where would she go? She doesn't want to reveal this to her family. 

Q: I had sex with a non-Muslim married girl 5 years ago. She was divorced earlier so she converted to Islam and now we are married. How do we repent for our sin?

Q: Will we be punished for our sins in this world even after we have repented sincerely and turned towards Allah? Will we face consequences in this world for our sins after repenting?

Q: I have committed a very great sin which is illegal in our religion. I am repenting for it. Please help me on how I can get purified and for Allah Ta'ala to forgive and erase my sins.

Q: When a person already falls in the category of hypocrisy and he is still alive does he still have a chance, what should he do to cure it?

Q: If a person commits a big scene and asked for forgiveness from Allah by reading two rakats of salat of tauba and again he committed the same sin and again had read the namaz and seeked forgiveness from Allah for the same sin and promised the same that he/she will not commit that sin again, and again if he does the same sin then how should he overcome this habit?

Q: I was listening to tarjuma of Surah Al Imran Ayat 90. Does this ayah mean that the repentance will not be accepted after death? And if a person repents before dying it will be accepted?
