Q: Ham apni wife se ye bole ke hum tum se divorce lenge, to kya hamara divorce ho gya ya nahi? Hum us se lene ke liye bole hum nahi diye us ko divorce kyu ke agar hum denge to hamara divorce ho jaayega. Hum us se bole ki tum tm se lenge wo mujhe divorce de hum nhi is se kya humara divorce ho gya ya nhi mera neeyat us se lene ka tha us ko dene ka nahi.
Q: Agar hum ne apni wife se gusse me ye bola ki aaj se tm aazad ho hamara tmhara koi rishta nhi hai tm ko jo krna hai kro tm ko dusri shaadi krni hai to kro hum kuch nhi bolenge meri taraf se free ho lekin meri neeyat talaq ki nhi thi mujhe pta hai ki wo aisa kuch bhi nhi kregi. Q: A person in a great anger says to his wife that if you will do a particular work then three talaqs shall be applicable. After a long time his wife forget what her husband said and she unwillingly did that work (Halaal work). Kindly clarify the status of the couple. They are still living their marriage life as 2 things they feel are in their favor
1- The husband was in great anger.
2- The wife did that by mistake as she had forgot the incident.
Q: Is a woman allowed to talaaq her husband? My husband doesn't care that our marriage has broken down. We haven't spoken for over 6 weeks and are now in separate rooms. A girl got married and the next day of her arrival in her husband's house, she was found guilty of immortality and the fact was proven that she had illegal sexual intercourse with may boy friends. After having proof her husband gave her divorce and the girl went to her parents house. Now what should the boy have to return to her in addition to her mahar? Should the jewelry they gave her at the time of marriage be given back to her or not? Jewelry is with the boy. The girl didn't take anything except her clothes and simple jewellery which she wears daily.
