Q: I have given two talaaq a raji to my wife, and she is still in her iddat waiting time. I wanted to know is ruju as I have stated verbally and written with two witness I have taken her back. I sent her an email and sent her a copy of this to her parents address where she is living at the moment. What if now she dosen't want to come back, have I revoked this divorce and is she still my wife?
Q: If a husband and wife argue and he tells her "pack your bags and go to your mother" and she asked if it is a divorce and he replies yes. Secondly if he says "If you can't get over, you can go" and she again asks if it's a divorce and he says take it how you want and thirdly the wife says lets get divorced and he never spoke to her correctly and just said yes without any intention. Would all three be considered talaaq?
Q: If a husband left his wife and children a year and no chances to come back to country with no money and necessary facilities and they lived alone, so according to Islam is there any relation between husband and wife remaining? He was not giving to her naan nafaqa?
Q: In the case of divorce if the wife does not remarry any one and stays single, who does the children go to? Under the custody of the mother or the father?
Q: If the wife asked for divorce and the husband said if you bring the papers then I will give you a divorce but she doesn't get the papers does talaaq fall?
Q: Agar kisi larki ka nikah hogya ho, aur rukshati nahi hui ho or dono ke darmiyan talaaq qaaim na hua ho aur larke ne phone call par teen baar talaaq dedi ho balke teen baar do dafa total six dafa boldia ho. To os larki ki talaaq hojaegi? Aur iski iddat hogi ya nahi?

Q: My husband complained to my mother that"your daughter is not giving me time" out of misunderstanding. He said I cant tolerate this situation and I am fed up with this situation. My mother told him to have patience then he replied that "I am sorry I can not tolerate this." He didnt use any word of divorce at all. It was just he was complaining. He swore to Allah his only intention was to talk to me. But I am confused that can these words constitute divorce?
