Kya showhar "chowr doonga" kehne se talaaq hota he?
Q: Agar koi admi mujh se puchey k dusri shadi k baad pehli ko talaq de do ge/chhorr do ge aur mai jawab me kahon "haan chhoor don ga" tu kia hukam ho ga.

Q: What is the ruling of talaq, if someone mumbles "I am giving my wife talaq" in extreme anger and absent minded state with mouth closed and no tongue move so no clear statement of talaq uttered. If another person next to him try to listen, he would only pick up sound smzztzzztzdzhzzzzzz. Please let me know your interpretation of talaq in this scenario.

Court issuing a divorce without the consent of the husband
Q: My wife was divorced from her ex Husband. When she filed the divorce in America, her ex husband left for Pakistan and he never showed up in the court or Islamically gave her divorce or signed any paper. But the court in America awarded her the divorce and then she got married to me. In Islam did her previous divorce happen. Because after 2 years from the court order she got married to me. So I need to know if our nikah was valid?

Q: If the husband looking at his wife says go talak but stops himself and does not complete his sentence does it still count as talaq?

Confusion regarding divorce
Q: I just wanted some advice on divorce. My husband gave me my first talaq before but we got back together n then second time he left. I cant remember if he said it or not but came back with my uncle because we wanted to be together n 2 weeks ago we had a fight and he messaged me few days later saying I divorce u in a text message so wanted 2 know can we get back together if the other talaqs count because we got bk together during our ibadah because we love each other and want to be together can you please let me know thanks salam
Does ruju' take place through the spouses talking?
Q: I want to ask that my husband gave me talaq for one time and we made ruju. But condition were fine between us and I demanded for khula. But my husband gave another talaq. But now he wants to live with me again and I don't want to live with him. And my iddah is not completed. He attempted suicide and I went to talk to him and we are talking for few days. He made request to reconcile again. But has not said that he has taken me back or any thing. I touched him but my intension is still not going back to him or reconcile. Did ruju happen between us? I don't wish to go to him back. I was talking to him just because I can help him to come out from mental stress. Please tell about my situation. Are we in nikaah again or am I still in my iddah?
