Recitation and Listening to the Quraan

Q: What does it mean to read takbeer after Surah duha in South African Qur'ans?

Q: I am 9 months pregnant and its very difficult for me to sit for a long time even with support. I wish to read a lot of Quran, can I read in a lying down position only when I am very tired and not habitually.

Q: I wanted to ask is it permissible for me to read random ayats of the quran for example when sitting read first aya of sura rahman then 15 mins after read 5th aya of sura alaq then 30 mins later read the 3rd aya of sura baqarah?

Q: I heard that Surah Faatiha is not part of quran. Please clarify is Surah Faatiha Allah's kalam? Please explain in a simple way so that I should not become mislead. I am really worried about this question, I do not want to lose Imaan.

Q: Would a person gain thawaab if he listens to qiraat which is recorded or is the thawaab only gained when he listens to qiraat which is read live?

Q: Is it permissible for Quran quani / recitation of Quran-e-shariff by a gathering in a house?

Q: Will it be okay if a person lies down and reads Quraan from memory?

Q: Is there any dislike in joining ayats when reading the Quran, i.e. reading "Ar-Rahmani-Raheemi-Maliki-Joami-Deen" instead of "Ar-Rahmani-Raheem" followed "Maliki-Joami-Deen" (the 3rd and 4th ayats of Surah Al Fatihah)? Or is there no preferability between joining or not?
