Does the person who is pelted to death receive the status of a Shaheed
Q: According to sharia law, some crimes are punishable by death e.g stone to death. Then, when the person dies, does he go directly to heaven because this is a martyr death?

Q: I have a question regarding shahadat that whether a shaheed person will also get punishment for his sins or Allah Ta'ala excuses all his sins?
Q: It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The martyrs are five: the one who dies of the plague, the one who dies of a stomach disease, the one who drowns, the one who is crushed beneath a falling wall, and the martyr who is killed for the sake of Allaah.” So My question is that “Does a person who died of Gallbladder cancer attain the status of a martyr?”
Q: If a person enters into a fight because his girlfriend was harassed by his friend but was shot dead by the friend's guard in the process, can the victim be called Shaheed?
