Shaheed (Martyr)

Will a shaheed be given ghusal?

Q: If a person is murdered (and gains martyrdom) then can ghusal be given to his body? In many cases, post mortem is conducted by non-muslim doctors and najaasat could have come onto the body. Also, it is possible that ghusal could have been waajib on the deceased at the time of his death. Will these factors affect the mas'alah in any way?

Who is a Shaheed?

Q: If a Muslim is robbed and murdered innocently, and dies on the spot, is he a shaheed-e-dunyawi? In our country in this time and age, which situations would be classified as shaheed-e-dunyawi?

Passing away due to gallbladder cancer

Q: It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The martyrs are five: the one who dies of the plague, the one who dies of a stomach disease, the one who drowns, the one who is crushed beneath a falling wall, and the martyr who is killed for the sake of Allaah.” So My question is that “Does a person who died of Gallbladder cancer attain the status of a martyr?”
