Zina (Adultery)

Q: Is touching, kissing, putting in the female private part zina? Also, is rubbing the penis over the female private part which is covered with a cloth zina?

Q: If a girl is reptured through fingering by her boyfriend, does it count as zina?

Q:

1. If someone had unlawful relations more than one time with his married paternal aunts (father's sisters) and married maternal aunt (mother's sister), not the actual zina, but perhaps hurmat is established. What is the status of his aunts' marriages?

2. Also how to repent for these actions?

Q: Today one incident happened when I go through internet I get to no there is thing like if we do something that Allah doesn't like it's shirk so the thought that came to my mind is my friend who is a girl so I thought talking to her is shirk but I search in the internet in that they have told like it is minor shirk so I keep searching until I clear this doubt and then there were some post like it can be major shirk so to be frank I really don't want to do that if its major shirk but I want to make this doubt go dissapear so I kept searching at last I got to no Thera is no prob but now I feel like I was ready to talk even if it is major shirk but to be frank I don't no wat I thought ... it can be true that I might thought or not but am not sure but I was searching whole time to make That thing normal but now it feels like I commuted shirk and here after talking to her is shirk .... so I don't no wat is true what is right and wrong anymore unlike other issue this feel real because I was very clear than other incident that happened bcz of waswaas so now I can't say it's waswaas or me .. and definitely can't say like I was nt ready so what can I do ... I just want to be safe from shirk so is there is any way I can ask forgiveness and talk to hey normally or should I ask forgiveness nd stop talk to her ... u might be mad to hear this but plz hlp to understand.

Q: If two individuals have been fooling around (no clothes) and the guys full tip goes inside but not the full penis accidentally, is that considered zina?

Q: Does seeing a girl naked and touching her body (private parts) and kissing come in zina?

Q: If someone commits zina and then feels bad and wants to offer tauba and istighfaar with this hope that Allah Ta'ala will forgive him, but after tauba should he present himself before law authorities for Islamic punishment i.e sangsaar or not?

Q: If a Muslim man had sex with his non Muslim housemaid female servant by paying some amounts to her, is it called zina as per Shari'ah law?

Q: My question is related to paid sex. I know that doing Zina is not allowed in Islam and the punishment is 100 lashes if one gets caught. But I want know that if I am paying a girl for this job a certain amount of money asked by her only for sex by her will, does it still remain haraam in Islam. Example it will be like buying anything from market. Like we go to the market to buy food or clothes for ourselves. Please note that this is just for my knowledge purpose. I will not be indulging in this kind of activity Insha Allah. Hope to get an answer from you.

Q: If a Muslim woman bears a child of non Muslim man due to adultery will she be a kaafir? She is planning to keep the baby and make him a Muslim and she wants to make tawbah. Will she enter Jannah?
