Not going to one's sister in-law's house due to abuse
Q: I am a married woman and I am having problems with my sister in-law. She is very sharp tongued and never misses an opportunity to say rude things to me. I am not a person who can fight back at her as this is not in my nature because of this I suffer emotionally and mentally for a long time due to the things she says to me. Will I be sinful if I stop going to her house as she always seems to have a problem with me? I will not prevent my husband from going.

Taking one's sister in-law for hajj
Q: Is it possible to take my sister-in-law for hajj with me? She is a widow and the Quran says that we can't marry two sisters. Also we find that Hazrat Usmaan (Radiyallahu Anhu) got married to two daughters of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). Please confirm.

Q: A girl is engaged and her nikah will be after few months. Her mother in-law telephones her and asks her khair khabar once in a while she also telephones her. Is there anything wrong in telephoning one's in-laws before nikaah? Please note that she doesn't speak with father in-law or her fiance as they are not halaal for her yet. She just speaks with her mother in-law and sister in-law.
Observing purda with one's sister in-law
Q: I am a Muslim sister who wears hijab and I try my best to practise my faith in the best way I can. I am married but due to circumstances surrounding our jobs, we are currently living apart but meet nearly every month for a week or so the situation will get better I am keeping sabr. My husband lives with his mother, sister, brother and brothers wife, in Dubai they are practising Muslims. My husband being the active and more free of others after with often takes his sister mother and mother in law out to places like dinner, dessert etc they all talk and enjoy each other's company. From my heart I feel that it isn't right for him to take his sister in law. My brother in law keeps to his friends and doesn't take his wife out they had an arranged marriage and have one child but don't seem to be in love like my husband and I are. I would like to know whether I stand correct to inform my husband to stop taking sister in law out even with family. My sister in law is younger then me and is rather attractive, she does have nice aklaaq but I just don't feel it's safe whilst I live away from him. Please let me know of your response.

Mera Dewar bhi hai Jo kamata hai lekin mere shauhar ne apne walidain Bhai bahen sabke naam ka bade janwar ki qurbani me hissa liya. Khud sahibe nisab hote hue bhi qurbani ka hissa liya. Mere shauhar ne apne paise se laye hue bakre ki qurbani apne Bhai ki biwi ke naam se karayi or ye kaam unhone meri saas ke kahne par kiya Aise halat me kya farz qurbani ada hui ya fir nafil aisa karke mere shauhar par wajob tark to lazim nahi hua. Shariyat me ye qurbani jaiz ha ya nahi. Dusra sawal ye hai ki kya bahu sasur ke kapde dho sakti hai ya for press kar sakti hai. Baraye meharbani shariyat ki roshni me islah kare.
