Deception and Lies

Q: I have a relative of mine who has come here 7 years go, first as a visitor and than claimed asylum saying to the immigration that her husband has used domestic violence on her and her daughters just to stay in the UK. Her husband had agreed to put that claim in with her at the time. 5 years ago her husband has gone back to his country and had applied for a visa for the UK on a number of times and has been rejected because of the wife's claim of asylum. The daughters don't know who their dad is, one is 9 and the other is 7. Their mother is persistent to get the UK visa regardless how it's affecting her daughters. She is lying to stay in the UK and is getting support money too. Obviously her means of staying in the UK are nothing, just a British passport. What does Islam say about this? 

Q: I use my neighbor's WiFi without his knowing. Is it permissible or is not.

Q: I just wanted to know if a teacher of a school is handing out assignments to a kid and by accident she puts one of the coming up test in that portfolio, if the kid practices that test paper (e.g. works on the maths sums) before the test so they know how to do it, is it haraam?

Q: In our class some boys took an exam paper from our teachers laptop when he was out and they took pictures of it and maybe that is the same paper which the teacher is going to give us for the final exam. They did a wrong thing. I didn't have the courage to stop them. What should I do now? If I complain then all the boys will be saying bad words to me and they will mock me etc. But I dont need sin. And maybe if they dont get that paper then they will fail and maybe need to repeat the whole year (so much time and money will go to waste waste). What should I do? 

Q: It is a general rule in most present day hotels that visitors booked in are not allowed to use a stove or any such appliance in the bag which may be a cause of a fire. Despite the above condition, a person still uses the appliance without it being detected by the hotel, will this be incorrect and be regarded as khiyaanat (deception)?

Q: Is it permissible to take items, e.g. (laptops, computers, printers, etc.) for personal use from sponsorship's and/or self-owned Non-profit organization?

Q: My parents performed Ramzan Umrah in Hijri Year 1438. They wish to perform Ramzan Umrah in the next Hijri Year 1439 but the Saudi Government has levied SAR 2000 as additional visa fees.

Our travel agent has advised to prepare a new passport to avoid the visa fees. Is it permissible by the law of shariah?

Q: Can I use my neighbour’s open Wi-Fi without informing him?

Q: Instead of using my real name online I use the first letter. Is this permissible or considered to be cheating?

Q: In the year 2014 one guy told me that I got a job abroad and the total cost of visa and air ticket and everything is rs.177 000 so he insisted to pay him and I paid him rs.177 000 and after the payment he ran away cheating me. Later on I came to know that I was cheated. I just want to know whether he will be punished on the day of judgement for cheating me and moreover by default he will be punished by Allah because he is a kafir. So kafir will be punished by Allah for not worshipping Allah.
