ghusal

Performing ghusal on Friday

Q: I wanted to ask regarding a woman having a bath on Friday but not attending the Jumuah Salaah. As far as I know the Friday bath is mustahab for those attending Jumuah Salaah only, but it's commonly thought that women who pray at home should still have a bath on Fridays as it is regarded as a Sunnah. Is this true? Please could you let me know the exact ruling for women.

Doubts with regards to wet dreams

Q: I do suffer from wawasas but Alhamdulilah I am ignoring them to the utmost level. However, some times after Fajr salah I sleep and later on waking I doubt if I had a wet dream or not. Sometimes I remember and do ghusl sometimes I don't remember the dream and see no discharge still I doubt throughout the day. What should I do?

Irregular bleeding

Q:

1. I have very irregular menses where this entire year went and I did not get my menses. Recently I started herbal medicine which has helped but sometimes the clean period of 15 days between 2 menstrual cycles don't pass and I am experiencing the next cycle. Mufti how should I count the 15 day clean period?

2. I am developing a cycle that lasts for 10 days and sometimes more. How will I calculate when the ghusal should be made? Currently I see if I started menses after zohr then on the 11th day after zohr I take a ghusal. Is this correct?

Women bathing after haidh

Q:

1) Regarding haidh, and the lady not seeing blood on her pad, how long should she wait to see if the pad is clean, before having a bath and offering salaah. e.g. should she check once every salaah time, or once a day etc.

2) Regarding nifaas, is there any rules similar to haidh in the aspects of stopping and starting bleeding again after a few days. Nothing is mentioned in beheshti zewar. How does a ladies nifaas stop, if e.g. blood stops then 5 days later starts again, is this still part of nifaas?
