Q: Can I name my son "Muhammad Ahad"? I really like this name but somebody said that you can't use this name as it's one of the attributes of Allah Ta'ala. 

Q: Is it correct and permissable to keep the name Aazar (آزر)? Was Aazar the father of Nabi Ibrahim عليه السلام?

Q: I like the name Arham for my son, however some people have pointed out that this name is associated with Allah Ta'ala and should not be given to a person. Please advise whether we should change his name to something different or is this an acceptable name in Shariah?

Q: I am going to put my new born son's name as "Firaas Abdul Ahad" فیراس. Its complete meaning in English is "Perspicacious" or "a person having good understanding/insight" and Servant of one Allah. Is it okay to have this name?

Q: Allah Subahanahu wa Ta'ala has 99 names. I would like to name soon to be child (if its boy) Maalik. But I heard never to put the names of Allah without adding Abd or Abdul first. So is it necessary to add Abd or Abdul before Malik? Because I also heard of names like Imam Maalik and Anas bin Maalik.

Q: I've 3 kids namely:

1. Hoor ul Ain

2. Hujjaj Khan

3. Ajmer Khan

Kindly advise if these names are suitable from an Islamic point of view or not. If not, kindly suggest other names.
