Q: Is Shab-e-Baraat considered a bid'ah? If someone keeps fast on Shab-e-Baraat for the sake of Allah, will this be a bid'ah as well?

Q: Regarding the Hadith relating to spending on one's family on the day of Aashura, does one have to purchase the items on the day of Aashura itself or can one buy it a few days before, due to work commitments, and give it to his family on the day of Aashura?

Q: In South Africa, should a male avoid wearing black clothing during Muharram as the Shias wear black clothing?

Q: Our Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) split the moon. Why now is the moon splitting us? Is it a warning from Allah or is it that such splits are a normal part of our deen?

Q: Why is 10th of Muharram called Ashura? I heard that 10 things happened on this day that's why its called Ashura. If this is true then what are the 10 things?
