Those who are Exempted from Fasting

Fidyah if one is able to fast

Q: I have few farz rozas due to keep from last ramazan because of monthly period and one of them I left because of severe migraine headache.
Most of the time when I fast I have severe migraine headache with nausea which is quite severe. My question is can I give fitr for the above rozas or do I need to keep it despite the headache.

Fidyah

Q: I had a question about fasting for my mother. She is sick and on mediation? She can't fast do to sickness? Is she required to feed poor person or what she has to do?

Not fasting due to weakness

Q: If a woman is having much weakness that whenever she walks a near distance, she gets pale and feeling nausea also. she wants to observe fast in up coming Ramadan Mubarak, but about the compact strength for fast, she is scary. what does shari'ah says about observing fast in such condition? and if she is not able to observe fast, then what should she do for this fardh ibadat i.e is qadha is valid here?

Not fasting due to an Ulcers and IBS

Q: Ramadaan is here and I have a bit of a concern about my fasts. I can't keep fasts, the pain in my stomach is excruciating. I can't keep them out of Ramadaan as the same thing happens. Infact on a normal day if I skip a meal or don't eat when I'm hungry then I get that pain. I've been to two doctors and they are of the opinion that I have ulcers as well as IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). During the past Ramadaan I had to stop fasting as I was not responding to the ulcer medication and the pain was unbearable, I'm also told there is no cure for IBS. Am I allowed to not fast and pay for them instead?
