Taraweeh

Q: I have a friend who is around 15 and 16 years old and is a Hafiz of the Quran. He is willing to lead taraweeh this year but he is not sure if he is baaligh. What should he do?

Q: If someone is leading a congregation, for example Taraweeh. Does the imam need to say بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم after he finishes a surah and decides to continue? For example, if the Imam just finished Surah Baqarah and wants to continue to Al-Imran, does he stop after finishing and continue or does the Imam recite Tasmiyah and then continue to Al-Imran? Please clarify me on this.

Q: Can an imam lead Taraweeh Salaah while looking at the Quran on a watch? As you know now there are smart watches. Those smart watches can automatically scroll the mushaf, so you don't even have to move or touch the screen. What's the ruling regarding this?

Q: With regards to Taraaweeh:

1. An Aayah was recited correctly. The Imaam thereafter repeated the Aayah and changed it (incorrectly) due to some doubt. Is the initial correct recitation or the second recitation which was incorrect taken into consideration? Does the Aayah have to be repeated?

2. For the purpose of listening to the Luqmah of a Saami', the Imaam remained silent for the duration of 3 Subhaanallaah or more (he did not recite Qiraat for that duration). Should Sajdat-us-Sahw be made?

3. Additionally, if a person because of some disturbance missed an Aayah in Surah Faatihah, or one sentence in his At-Tahiyyat, does he have to make Sajdatut-us-Sahw? To what extent is the Surah Faatihah and At-Tahiyyat Waajib? 

Q: Can a person sit and read taraweeh without a valid excuse, just because he is feeling tired or his back is paining a bit?

Q: I would like to enquire what is mufti sahebs view on students traveling overseas to perform taraweeh salaah.

Q: Can a nabaalig boy lead the taraweeh prayers?

Q: I have have heard some scholars saying to take money for taraweeh is jaiz. They say it's given to honour the Quran. Is this correct?

Q: Is taraweeh fardh according to the Hanafi madhab?

Q: If a person performs taraweeh salah for several days and his Esha salah was invalid will he have to repeat the taraweeh salaah?
