Making niyyat of four rakaats and making salaam after two rakaats

Q: If a person commences performing four rakaats sunnat ghair muakkadah, before Asr or Esha, but due to the jamaat salaah starting, he only performs two rakaats instead of four, then will he need to perform these four rakaats later on after the jamaat? (The reason I am asking is that I have read that once we start salaah, even a nafl salaah, it becomes waajib to complete it.)

Reciting aloud in nafl salaah

Q:

1. Regarding any nafl salaah, I would like to know if it is permissible to read the qiraat aloud, for purposes of dhor?

2. If it is, should one perform the salaah as though leading a jamaat, i.e. say takbeer for postures aloud, etc.

3. Do the same rules above apply for qadha salaah as well?

4. What are the rules for performing nafl salaah in jamaat, e.g. with one's spouse or household?

Intention of different nafl salaah when performing one nafl salaah

Q: I came to know by one of the dawat-o-tabligh elders that we can make intention of many different namazes (e.g: if we are praying ishraq then we can make intention of tahiyaatul wudhu, tahiyyatul masjid, salaatul hajat, salaatul taubah, etc.)

1. Is it true?

2. How many total extra niyyats can we make for a two rakat nafil?

3. Can we do the same for zohar, maghrib and isha nafl prayers?

Forcing someone to perform nafl salaah after Maghrib azaan

Q: In our locality in the middle east, all local people pray Tahiyyatul Masjid between azan and Maghrib and those who don’t pray are sometimes instructed to pray and not to sit without praying; but on the other hand, there are people from India and Pakistan who say if you will pray, our children will get confused and think it is ok to pray at this time. What should we do in this situation? Pray or go in the Masjid and sit waiting for Maghrib prayer?
