Q: Is it right to read fatiha and dua for a dead wali or sheikh so as to remember what you have forgotten? Is it that it is praying for the dead not asking the dead?

Tilaawat of Quraan for shifa
Q:
1. Is it permissible to gift ibaadah or send Esaale Thawab to the living? E.g.. Durood Sharif and Tilawah of Quran, Nafl Salaah?
2. Can tilawah of Quraan be made for shifa of a sick person? Will the reward of the Quran Tilawah go to them? Or through the Barkat of the Quran Allah Ta'ala will grant them shifa?
3. If one begins a khatam of Quran with niyyat of shifa for a sick person, can they make niyyat for more than 1 person and add all marhooms?
4. Should one inform the sick person that they completed a khatam with niyyat for their shifa?
5. Please explain how Esaale Thawaab and tilawah of Quran for shifa is done.
Hosting an event to pay tribute to the deceased
Q: Kindly give clarification in the light of Shari'ah. Here in Cambridge, Canada, there will be a program of nasheed that has been organised to pay tribute to late Junaid Jamshed by Islamic Centre of Canada. Is it permissible in Shari'ah to have such an event organised to pay tribute to the deceased? Is it some way of esaal-e-swaab? Is it a type of Bid'ah?
Conveying the reward of Hajj to the deceased
Q: My father passed away long time before. He loved to do the Hajj but he couldn't. As a son, can I do it for him? ( I finished my hajj before).
Reciting Qur'an at the graveside
Q: When I visit the qabrastaan, I sit near the grave of my relative and recite a Surah from the Qur'an and I make esale sawab of that surah to them and make dua for them. I want to know whether this is allowed. Is there anything wrong that I am doing?
Conveying the reward of nafil Qurbaani to more than one deceased
Q: Can a single qurbaani on Eid-ul-adha be done for the sawab of more than one deceased person?
Receiving reward for esaal-e-sawaab
Q: If we convey the reward after reciting Qur'an or Durood Shareef to a deceased person, do we get any reward ourself too?

Q: Kisi mare hue insan maslan maa baap rishtedar pe esale sawab ki niyat se fateha padhna uske kabr pe jayez hai ya nahi? Faatiha padh ke unki magfirat ki dua karna Allah pak se jaaiz he ya nahi?
Conveying the reward of the Durood Shareef to others
Q: Can Darood shareef be conveyed as sawaab to muslims who are deceased (the dead) and alive?
Fasting for Hazrat Husain (radhiyallahu anhu)
Q: Can we fast for the Isaal-e-sawaab of Hazrat Husain (radhiyallahu anhu) on the occasion of Aashura? Is there any benefit or special reward that Allah Ta'ala will grant us?
