1. I heard that if someone has a debt and passes away then that person would never enter Jannah, is that true?
2. What if someone has debt and leaves this world, he wanted to pay for it but he didn't, would Allah still deny him Jannah?

Q: My question is, Is the day someone is born the same as the day he is going to die, like if someone is born on saturday is he going to die on saturday? as well
Claiming from an investment after a partner passes away
Q: Person A lent person B money years ago as an investment into person B's business. No amount or percentage over and above the capital amount was fixed. Person b has now passed away leaving 8 heirs, some of whom are minors. The estate has not been wound up as yet due to other reasons. What will be the correct Islamic ruling with regards to paying back the additional money. Do we use a fixed percantage per year or use market related percentages to calculate the amount? Will it be permissible to pay back the money as person A expects her capital amount as well as a return on investment even though no amount was agreed upon.
Suspecting that someone passed away due to one's baddua
Q: If in the past some person did very bad things for the other person and made his life like hell and this person is very sad and prays to God to do bad things to this person as he did to me. If this person died later on but started doing good before dying, but because of the innocent persons bad wishes she got an early death.
