Court marriage

Q: Im not very well learned, I just know basics. I would like to know if it is permissible for a Muslim woman to marry a christian man first in court then a while after the man will embrace Islam then get married via shariah? I would appreciate if you can explain in depth if possible so that I can relay your message to the parties involved the proper way.

Faskh

Q: Me and my husband were living in U.K. I got divorced from him because of continuous arguments through the court of Pakistan. The court sent him a letter to inform him about the case and he received it but didn't hire any solicitor there. I got divorced from him after a few months but he never signed any letter neither said that he is giving me divorce. After two weeks of getting the divorce I got married with another person and I had nikah with him only for a month and I got divorced from him as well. Now I'm back in U.K and my first husband is claiming that I'm still his wife because he never divorced me and I asked through court but with false allegations that's why my second nikah and divorce doesn't count but actually considered as zina. Please clarify this issue I'm so confused.

Nikaah without the approval of the court

Q: I want to ask about nikah. I live in Dubai and my fiancée came from UK with her father to get married to me. Before marriage, a medical test is mandatory here. We did the medical test and the doctor told us that we both carriers of thalisemia, so the court rejected our medical report and refused to get us married. We got married out of court with two witnesses and the girl's father. We both love each other and we got married. Now we planning to go to Pakistan to register our nikah there so we can have a legal marriage. Please guide us if this is permissible.

Non-Muslim court divorce

Q: I have got a decree of dissolution of marriage from my husband through court, he did not appear in the court. Then the case forwarded to arbitration court, he did not appear there as well. Finally, the court issued me a certificate of divorce. As per his saying he did not receive a single notice from the arbitration court. But in response to his some query, I informed him that the case is in the arbitration court. Now, it has been five years, I did not remarry. Please advise whether my divorce has been confirmed or still I have a chance to go back to my husband.

UAE court annulling the nikaah

Q: My wife went to UAE by telling me that she needs to deliver some papers to her relative and within 1 month or 45 days she will return back, but four months passed and she didn't return. So I went to bring her back, she refused to return to India. Now since 2009 October/November till today she is not willing to return India even though we both are Indians and she use to insist on me that we will live in UAE only. But she don't want to understand the difference between local and outsider. In 27 December 2014 she told me she needs divorce because she don't want to go to India and after one day 28 December she used very filthy language to me and even she said if I am the son of my father, then I must hit her. As a result I slapped he once. Suddenly she called the police. I found it was already planned as her mother and sister also live with us. She filed in mahkuma Sharaya, alain. They asked me, I said  I slapped her because she used filthy language and also spit on me and put scratches on my neck. The reports were there with the police, but to my surprise the judge gave her talaq instead of me. I never gave her talaaq. Now what is the state of my married life? Is it correct that a judge can give talaaq in the presence of her husband? Kindly reply me according to Ahaadith and Sunnah.
