Sajda-e-Sahw

Sada-e-sahw

Q: I have a stressful problem with waswasah about "two prostrations of forgetfulness" like sometimes, I try to refrain from doing the "two prostrations of forgetfulness" when I feel it isn't obligatory to do it, sometimes I stop and sit about whether it's necessary or not - I probably do averagely two "two prostrations of forgetfulness" a day and that is a lot to me, and other times wondering whether I need to do the "two prostrations of forgetfulness" or not! Do I need to do the "two prostrations of forgetfulness" if I accidently elongate a letter or if I don't elongate when you should accidently? Question: What mistakes are acceptable for the salah to be valid without the obligation of doing "two prostrations of forgetfulness"?

Doubting if one made one Sajdah or two Sajdahs

Q: I sat back after prostrating and started doing 'Attahiyyatu Lillaahi Was-Salaatu Wat-tayyibat.." etc. and I then thought if I had done 2 prostrations or not, but I could only recount 1 for sure even though my feet were in such a position that I usually keep them in on the second prostration so it's probable that I did 2 so anyway I went back and said "Rabbighfirli, Rabbighfirli" and prostrated again and finished the salaah and did 2 prostrations of forgetfulness. But now I doubt whether my salaah is valid, it was more probable in my mind that I did 2 salaah, but surety was that I know I did 1 for sure and second was probable so I did 1 extra to be safe. Salaah valid or not ? Actions to take? I know I have waswasah so it would of been best to ignore the doubt. But in this case seems like I went with the doubt. Is my salah valid or should I repeat?

Remaining silent during Salaah for such a period where one can recite three "Subhan Allah"

Q: In the Hanafi madhab, if you remain silent (during prayer) for a time period where one can recite "Subhan Allah" 3 times, then it becomes waajib for the person to perform Sajdah Sahw. If, however, the individual did not perform Sajdah Sahw, does he then have to repeat his prayer? What if, in the past, the person did not pay attention to this fact during his prayer, and he now has several prayers where he was required to perform Sajdah Sahw, but he did not do so. Does he have to repeat all those prayers?
