Issuing a talaaq after having intimacy with one's wife

Q: I have been separated for 10 months. My wife and I have had no contact during this time. She came to my house one night and we were intimate. The next day I had regretted and wanted to proceed with talaaq. I was advised that I cannot proceed with talaaq for 30 days because of the intimacy we had. My wife had her womb removed and cannot fall pregnant. Can I still request talaaq before the 30 day waiting period?

Ihtilaam

Q:

1. Agar mujhe khawaab yaad he aur mahsoos bhi huwa ho ye ihtilaam hoga lekin agar mujhe koi khwaab yaad na ho aur na hi kuch bhi mahsoos huwa ho lekin uthne par gheelapan ho jo ke aam towr par awrat ki sharamgaah se discharge hota he to kya ghusal waajib hoga?

2) Mujhe ziyaadatar gheelapan mahsoos hota hai toh mujhe ye kaise pataa chalega ke mani toh nahi?

3) Kya awrat ki sharamgaah se discharge aur mani ke rang mein farq hota hai?

4) So kar uthne par awrat ki sharamgaah se discharge dehkne par ghusl farz hai? Agar farz hai toh kya mahine ke ziyaadatar dino mein ghusl karna hoga?

Napaak kapray ko paak krtay waqt kya insan khud bhi napaak hojata he?

Q:

1. Mera sawaal hay ke paaki ki halat may kisi napak kapray ko paak kartay waqt insan kia khud bhi napaak hojata he? Yaad rahay us sorat par baat kar raha ho jab jinsi hisse say nikalne wala mani kapray par lagi hoi ho or aysay kapray ku dhona ho to?

2. Sotay waqt baz dafa koi ganda khwaab ajata hay jis ki waja say mani khaarij hojati hay. Aysa kia karo jis say yeh cheez na ho or sotay waqt napaaki ka shikaar na ho.

Doubts regarding purity

Q: I was going through a bad situation where I was having trouble controlling my bladder and with waswasas, this resulted in me urinating myself a bit and also rushing to the toilet resulting in urine getting on my body and on my clothes and on the floor and also sometimes sitting on napaak toilet seats and this resulted in a lot of waswasas, but now I have got medical help things are better but when I was going through the bad situation I either knowingly or unknowingly made things napaak without thinking. I would have touched doors or walls without thinking and also the clothes that I was wearing which were napaak will have touched things whilst I was walking or I may have sat on things or the floor whilst I was napaak or walked whilst my feet were napaak. The thing is I can't really remember what is napaak and what isn't or where did I sit or what did I touch and those things that I do remember I'm not really sure what to do about it and some of it is in public places like the musjid, I always tried my best thinking things over and over again and I have a lot of doubts about what I made napaak so what shall I do?

Mazi coming on clothing

Q: I am 25 years unmarried boy, I know what is mani and wadhi and when to do wudhu and ghusl. My question what is the amount of Madhi should be there in order to wash cloths and private parts. I used to work in night shifts and most of times due to cold and sometimes even if I do a bit delay to urine I got madhi but the amount is very less. Its not even area covered by 1 drop of water. It's very small like a fraction of drop. Sometimes I have to look very closely and then I got a shine through which I realise its madhi. Now in this case must I wash my body and cloths or I just to do "wudhu"(ablution) without washing and changing. This is a problem for me as I have to go to washroom and wash myself and change my clothes sometimes twice a day.

Doubts

Q: If I am doubtful (due to lack of concentration/absent mindedness) as to whether I walked in a carpeted room with napaak slippers and there is no visible sign or smell of napaaki on the carpet, do I regard the carpet as paak to walk on with wet feet and to perform Salaah on, or does it have to be washed? NB: This particular type of doubt has occurred at least twice previously. It is habit to remove the slippers prior to going in to the said room, because I perform Salaah in that room, but as I said due to absent mindedness I could have walked in that room with the slippers, and although there is no visible sign or smell of napaaki, if it was present in the form of a few drops of urine, it would be impossible to tell.
